Thierry has been at JLR since September 2021 where he joined their newly formed Data Office. In a nutshell his role is to get people excited about data (or make data less scary for some). Since joining JLR, Thierry has been working on a Data 101 course to promote Data literacy in the business and he has been helping drive adoption and usage of Tableau across all functions at JLR. He has set up a Tableau Champions Program to help drive a data culture across the organisation and to raise awareness of Tableau in their business areas.
Prior to joining JLR, Thierry used to work at Tableau where he set up their Academic Programs for the EMEA region, putting Tableau in the hands of thousands of students and instructors.
Outside of his passion for data, Thierry loves travelling and took a 7-month career break a few years ago to travel across Southeast Asia with his wife.
